Ownership: Privately owned, an aviation holding company International Wings Group (IWG), is also the parent company of Royal Jordanian Air Academy, Queen Noor Civil Aviation Technical College, Arab Wings and Gulf Wings.

Arab Wings provides charter passenger services and is based in Marka Airport, Amman, Jordan. It has a growing presence in the Middle East, the Gulf and Europe. Arab Wings commenced its operations in 1975 as a subsidiary of Jordan's national air carrier, Royal Jordanian, subsequently it was privatized in 2005.

Jordan International Air Cargo (JIAC) was incorporated in October 2004 as a free zone establishment, and subsequently was issued an Air Operating Certificate (AOC) by Jordan Civil Aviation Authority (Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC) predecessors). As a result of corporate restructuring, a separate company, Royal Falcon, was incorporated in 2006 to conduct the international passenger operations. JIAC and Royal Falcon are sister companies; both companies are headquartered at Marka Airport in Amman. The two companies share many common key personnel and executives (see below), contact details, have the same broad of directors, while both hold separate AOCs (Numbers: C-004 and C-006)

Although owned by the Royal Jordanian Air Force, it has no role in the operation of Royal Falcon/JIAC and does not have veto power over any of the activities. Royal Falcon/JIAC is not required to conduct operations for the Royal Jordanian Air Force, other than strictly commercial basis and does not conduct operations in exchange for government or military subsidies.
