Ownership: Privately owned, an aviation holding company International Wings Group (IWG), is also the parent company of  Queen Noor Civil Aviation Technical College, Arab Wings and Gulf Wings.




The Royal Jordanian Air Academy (RJAA) incorporated in 1966 by the directives of the late King Hussein of Jordan. RJAA provides private and commercial pilots training with Instrument rating, Certified flight Instructors (CFI), Certified flight Instructors Instrument (CFII) and Airline Transport Pilots (ATPL), & Dispatchers. In 1998 RJAA launched a maintenance engineering course (A&P) and commenced an Airline Avionics course in October 2003.

Royal Jordanian Air Academy is Certificated Repair Station (number: CRS-7) as approved by Jordan's Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC)

Royal Jordanian Air Academy fleet consist of the following aircraft:

Ownership: fully owned subsidiary of FTO Holdings Ltd. (UK)


Incorporated in 2006 by Near East Group (Amman, Jordan)  and Atlantic Flight Training (Coventry, UK) as a commercial pilot training school. Based at King Hussein Int’l Airport, Aqaba. The project is on a total land area (7) thousand square meters for the initial purchase cost of US$ 42 million.

In addition to Jordan Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission, “CARC”, approval, Ayla has Joint Aviation Authority, “JAA”, approval in cooperation with its sister school, Atlantic Flight Training in the UK. 

Ayla Aviation Academy fleet of aircraft consist of the following aircraft:
