Regional Airlines (الخطوط الحوية الجهوية) founded in 1996, and starting operations in July 1997, Regional Airlines is a private airline that is based in Casablanca, Morocco. Its main base is Mohammed V International Airport, and operates scheduled domestic and regional flights covering Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.1

In 3rd Nov 2008 it was formally announced Air Arabia is to take control of Moroccan carrier Regional Air Lines, Air Arabia said it will restructure the privately-owned Regional Air Lines from a carrier operating ATR turboprops into a low-cost carrier operating Airbus A320s. The deal with Regional shareholding company Holmarcom provides Air Arabia access to Europe, Africa and additional destinations in the Middle East.

Ithmaar Bank, a Bahrain-based investment bank together with Air Arabia and Regional Air Lines are the main partners in the newly created airline Air Arabia Maroc.‎

The airline was launched on April 29, 2009 and offers services to a wide range of Europien destinations.

Jet4you is a passenger airline incorporated and commenced operations on February 26, 2006, based in Casablanca, Morocco and operates services between Moroccan cities and destinations that include France, Belgium and Italy. Jet4you main operating base is Menara International Airport, Marrakech, with hubs at Al Massira Airport, Agadir, Mohammed V International Airport, Casablanca, and Orly Airport, Paris.

Initially it was owned by TUI Travel PLC (40%), Attijariwafa Bank (20%), Investima-SGMB (20%) and MM.Marrache et Benabbes Taarji (20%). The shareholders jointly incorporated a Moroccan company, Societe d'Investissement Aerienne, but in 17 June 2008, was announced TUI Travel PLC took full ownership of the airline. hence Jet4you became a 100% subsidiary of the TUI Travel PLC based in England.

TUI is the leader in European tourism. Through its 79 brands, it is present in 18 countries with 3,200 agencies, 285 hotels, 37 ticket desks and 7 airlines, 160 planes carrying 25 million passengers.
