Air West commenced operations in October 1992, and was incorporated in April 1992.   The airline operates domestic passenger services and international cargo charters, and is based in Khartoum, Sudan. Its main base is Khartoum International Airport (KRT), with a hub at Sharjah International Airport (SHJ). Air West offered scheduled flights to destinations within Sudan and to the United Arab Emirates. There are plans to expand operations throughout Africa, Europe and the Middle East.

Azza Air Transport was incorporated & commenced operations in September 1993, operates cargo charter services throughout Africa and the Middle East, planned to also include Europe. The main base of the airline is Khartoum International Airport (KRT).

On May 30, 2007, the US Department of State named "Azza Air Transport" as part of economic sanctions a list of Sudanese firms, including Azza Air Transport Company, for "transferring small arms, ammunition and artillery" to Sudanese government forces and Janjaweed militia in Darfur.

Badr Airlines incorporated 1997 in Sudan. The airline's principal activity is cargo transportation also provides charter VIP flights. Based in Khartoum, Sudan with a main hub in Sharjah International Airport (SHJ), Badr Airlines operates both cargo and passenger air services for humanitarian aid provided by international organizations such as UNICEF, WFP, UNOPS, ESS, MSF, FAO, and IRC.

Blue Bird Aviation is a general aviation operator and services provider established in 1989 by two aircraft engineers, (Fathallah Kronfli and Fayez Zaki) who together own the airline and form the board of directors. It is based in Khartoum, Sudan, and operates regional air charter services as well as maintenance and aircraft ground handling. Blue Bird Aviation is a provider of line maintenance and ground handling for light aircraft operating in the humanitarian field in the Sudan. Believed to be one of the very few organizations in Sudan with a license to maintain foreign registered aircraft. Also includes business and VIP flights at Khartoum International Airport.
