Abu Dhabi Aviation is based in Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) as its main base of operation . Incorporated in 1975, Abu Dhabi Aviation serves oil fields and economic facilities in both the UAE and other Arab states, as well as Spain, Pakistan, and Eritrea. Falcon Aviation Services LLC was formally launched on November 30th 2006 with an initial fleet investment of over USD$69 million, consists of 8 helicopters with 1 new Gulfstream 450 corporate jet set for delivery in 2008 (stated in their first press statement). The fleet of helicopters are assigned for various roles: corporate shuttles, tourism, VIP charter and search and rescue services (SAR). In addition, FAS has employed a number of former UAE Armed Forces staff to provide additional support to the SAR operations. It is based in Abu Dhabi, and its main operating base is Bateen Airport. Falcon Aviation Services has over 300 staff members

In May 30th 2007 an exclusive agreement was signed with Eurocopter, making it the sole regional provider of helicopter maintenance services for Eurocopter. The agreement includes the launch of a "Eurocopter Maintenance Center" at FAS's Al Bateen airbase which provides full maintenance services for Eurocopter helicopters in the Gulf region.

Maximus Air Cargo was incorporated in 2005 based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is the largest freighter only operator in the Middle East region. The services covers full cargo charters, aircraft wet lease and tailored solutions for moving outsized cargo. Maximus currently operates regular scheduled cargo services on behalf of Etihad Crystal Cargo and is the appointed exclusive air relief support partner of the UAE Red Crescent. On 25th June 2007 Maximus Air Cargo was granted the UAE Air Operators Certificate (AOC) In Nov 2008 Maximus Air Cargo became part of ADA Group (Abu Dhabi Aviation) after the latter acquired 95% of the operator.

Established in late 2010 by Dr. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saif Al‐Nahyan, Rotana Jet operates both executive charter and scheduled airline operations. With its main operating base at Al‐Bateen Airport, situated only 10km from the City Centre of Abu Dhabi. On June 2 2012, Rotana Jet launched services between Al‐Bateen Airport (Abu Dhabi) and Sir Bani Yas Island. 

The executive charter fleet consists of the Gulfstream G450, In August of 2012, new Airbus A319ER was introduced.

The regional airline fleet currently consists of two (2) Embraer ERJ‐145 and an Embraer ERJ-145 LR Jet in a 50 seat configuration.
Rotana Jet has established a technical operations division providing aircraft maintenance and component support for the G450 and ERJ145 aircraft from its 2,500m2 maintenance facilities at Al‐Bateen Airport.
